A revocable right to use the system for LCC Calculations is granted by the system operator to each registered user.  Before using the program a registration has to be accomplished by providing contact information, at least full name, company and a valid email-adress (company adress, while  freemailers are not permitted). The system operator may reject registration (..)

The user agrees that the contact information mentioned above is published partially to other users for the purpose of establishing contacts and collaboration between users. The user agrees that his entire activities within the system are logged by the system, and for the purpose of system maintenance and care this information will be monitored by system administrator. The system operator ensures that no other user can see or edit the entered data but the 'owner', unless, the owner has marked some or all of "his" datasets or cases as 'to publish' for other single, selected users. (..)

The user agrees that all entered data are used in a strictly anonymized approach for the extension of the knowledge base and thus become visible for other users (after quality assurance and approval carried out by system operator).

Access to the kowledge base, to the HelpDesk system, to training courses, to personal support and consulting services is subject to additional service agreements (chargeable) with the system operator. The system operator is not obliged to provide these services (..)
